20 minute Chocolate Sheet Cake

Cake Ingredients
2 cups Sugar 2 cups self raising flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 cup Butter 1/2 cup Oil 1/4 cup cocoa 1 cup Water 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 Eggs
Directions
1. Pre-heat over to 180C.
2. Sift flour & salt together. Add sugar.
3. Mix in sauce pan butter, oil, cocoa & water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Pour into sifted mixture.
4. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla, eggs and bicarbonate soda.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Once cake is cooled, dust with icing sugar.
