Apple Chunk Cake

Cake Ingredients
            
   4      cups    unpeeled  sliced apples 
   2      cups          sugar
   2      teaspoons     cinnamon
     1/2  cup           oil
   2                    Eggs
   2      cups          self raising flour
   2      teaspoons     bicarbonate soda
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   1      cup           chopped nuts

Cake Directions
 1. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C.  

2.  Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan.  

3.  Cook in oven for 35-40 min.

4.  Dust cool cake with powdered sugar, or with cream cheese icing (below). 

 Cream Cheese Icing   

500g icing sugar,  2 small packages of cream cheese, softened, small quantity milk   

Mix ingredients together.  Add milk (more or less depending on how runny you want it.  

Start with one tbsp)and stir to desired consistency.
